Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Horsham, Pennsylvania, for a full-time school-based role! Requirements
- Current BCBA Certification — Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - issued by the PA Department of State under the State Board of Medicine
- 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supporting implementation of PBSPs, consulting with professional and support staff, providing training for professional and support staff.
- Primary age group is K-5 though there may be consult at the 6-12 level.
