This is a part-time position in a clinic setting, with hours Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and possible Saturday hours available. This schedule is a great opportunity for School-Based BCBAs. The pay range is $41-46 per hour based on experience. Dental and Vision insurance are offered. Requirements

Must be certified as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
