About The Position

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionists to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The role delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to each client’s program success. Compensation is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Paid mileage and drive time are provided. Requirements

High school diploma.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass TB testing, a criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
Bilingual English/Spanish; Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-to-one ABA services to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors.
Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress.
Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments.
Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
