About The Position

Make a meaningful impact—support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training! This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, offering opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings. The position involves working 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA principles, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will also travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services, collaborate with families and supervisors, and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Requirements

High School Diploma + at least one completed college course OR currently enrolled in college OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
Bilingual skills are a plus
Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
