About The Position

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians (In-Home & Clinic-Based) Make a meaningful impact—support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training!

Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course, Currently enrolled in college, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

Nice To Haves

• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
