About The Position

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Behavior Interventionists deliver one-to-one ABA services in home, school, and community settings. They work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision. The stated pay range is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Mileage reimbursement is paid per mile, and travel between client locations is compensated. Hiring areas include San Fernando Valley communities and nearby locations, including Sunland, Tujunga, La Crescenta, North Glendale, Montrose, Burbank, Sun Valley, Pacoima, Sylmar, North Hollywood, NoHo/Valley Village, Panorama City, Van Nuys, Valley Glen, North Hills, Altadena, and La Cañada Flintridge.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a TB test.
Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
