About The Position

Make a meaningful impact—support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training! This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, offering opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings. You will work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will also travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services, collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress, and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course OR Currently enrolled in college OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
  • Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
  • Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
