Provide direct support and care to students. Responsible for intervening with students’ behavioral and emotional concerns. Support the students using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Support students in improving their communication skills, social skills, school readiness and self-management skills. Learn specialized behavior techniques and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of the supervisor. Work collaboratively with the students’ families, teachers, and other professionals. Maintain records and documentation of student progress and adhere to prescribed behavioral plans. Attend required training and staff meetings.
