Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Background in residential programs or mental health and substance use settings
1 to 3 years of experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with software tools for tracking compliance, documentation, and resident data
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic setting

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operations of our residential facility through vigilant management and monitoring.
Maintain compliance with daily human resources standards set by the Department of Labor, OASAS, and OSHA regulations.
Guarantee that program support staffing and facilities consistently meet the quality standards defined by governing authorities.
