About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) in Lebanon County. BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment). Rate is based on years of related experience. Now offering paid credentials - eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening. BHT assignments available throughout Lebanon County, PA areas. Case Needs: (some cases may be in process with a candidate) Lebanon- School- M-F 8:45am-3:30pm Lebanon- School- M-F 9:30am-12:30pm Lebanon- Home- Tuesday & Thursday 4;30-5:20; NSY: M-F 8:45am-3:30pm - exp preferred Palmyra, PA- M-F 8:30am- 3:35- School; Home hours 4-5pm M-F- female staff preferred. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children - preferred
• Experience preferred for NSY case
• Female staff preferred for Palmyra, PA case

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
