About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, and Mesa! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative support.
  • Utilize hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
  • Engage in case consultation and guidance with Clinical Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
  • Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
  • Participate in learning and advancement opportunities including internal CEUs, virtual trainings, Clinical Rounds, and company-wide meetings.
  • Progress through a clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
  • Grow into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.
