Join the largest female clinician-led ABA agency in the country and work with people who just get it. At Autism Learning Partners, we’re all about growing together, learning from each other, and actually making a difference! Whether you're fresh in the field or leveling up, you'll find mentorship, career growth, and a whole community of BCBAs ready to cheer you on! This is a hybrid role, combining in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases. The company offers comprehensive onboarding support, including over 60 hours of training in the first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. A Clinical Development team provides weekly office hours or 1:1 support. The role also offers monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead research initiatives. The company emphasizes flexibility and trust, with no contracts or non-compete agreements, and an at-will employment policy. There is a clear promotional path from BCBA to Senior Clinical Director.
