About The Position

Every great early childhood classroom has a teacher who brings curiosity, warmth, and steady presence to little learners finding their footing. At Moravian Academy's Beginning School, that's you. As a Collaborative Teacher, you'll partner with a lead teacher to bring Preschool through Kindergarten classrooms to life - leading small groups, designing hands-on learning experiences, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to explore. You'll be a steady presence throughout the day: greeting students at arrival, guiding them through lunch and recess, and celebrating the small wins that add up to big growth. Requirements

  • An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Experience working with preschool- or primary-aged children
  • A warm, patient approach and genuine enthusiasm for early learning
  • Completion of Pennsylvania's required background clearances (Act 34, Act 151, Act 114) and Mandated Reporter training upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Familiarity with tools like Seesaw, Responsive Classroom, or Singapore Math
