About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Before and After School Teacher to support children’s learning, play, growth, and emotional and academic development. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment and implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum with the company’s educational characters. The role involves building relationships with families and colleagues and regularly sharing children’s activities and achievements with parents through mobile apps and personal conversations. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. State licensing requirements apply. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
