About The Position

Thérapie Clinic is a provider of aesthetic medical and body treatments, with more than 70 clinics across Europe and New York. The Beauty Therapist will work as part of the clinic team at the Flatiron location, delivering client-focused treatments and contributing to a supportive clinic culture. The role offers training in skin, body, and laser treatments, along with opportunities for career growth. The therapist will consult with clients, tailor treatments to their needs, promote relevant services and products, maintain client records, and care for clinic equipment. The position includes continuous training and development, annual leave, uncapped commission, and a staff discount.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role.
An Esthetician license.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
Attention to detail when handling client records.
High standards of client experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with laser hair removal (desired, but not required).

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality treatments in line with clinic treatment guidelines.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and set realistic treatment expectations.
Promote additional services and products, tailoring treatments to suit clients.
Work with sales targets.
Keep client records up to date before and after treatments.
Maintain and clean treatment machines.
