About The Position

As a member of the Nordstrom Beauty Department, you will create personalized beauty experiences for customers and contribute to a passionate team. The role focuses on engaging customers, understanding their needs, and maximizing sales for on-trend and luxury beauty brands. You will offer makeup and skincare recommendations, build customer relationships in-store and digitally, and help maintain an inclusive, welcoming, and customer-ready department.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers’ beauty goals.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling, using selling tools including text and social media.
Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
Maintain department organization and cleanliness so it is customer-ready.
Keep current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through Nordstrom and brand-partner training.
Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
