About The Position

Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers’ beauty goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize business results.
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Keep current with beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through Nordstrom and brand-partner training.
- Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
