About The Position
The Beauty Manager at JCPenney is responsible for understanding the key factors that influence the Beauty business and coaching their team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for clients. This role involves leading a team, analyzing business performance, making visual merchandising decisions, assisting clients, and supporting monthly promotional executions.

Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching the team, providing frequent feedback, differentiating performance, empowering team members, setting clear expectations, motivating the team, and recognizing individual contributions.
- Analyzing business performance by reviewing reports and other data to understand trends and take action to improve results.
- Supporting the talent management process by actively searching for and recruiting talent for the market.
- Making visual merchandise decisions to ensure the store is clean, visually stimulating, and that all merchandise is presented to visual standards.
- Assisting clients by interacting with new and returning customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Supporting the execution of monthly animations by planning and directing the design and setup of new merchandise to create an engaging shopping experience.
