About The Position

Influur is redefining how advertising works through creators, data, and AI. Our mission is to make influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid ads, and we're building the tech that powers it. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands, we're scaling fast across music and culture. We're currently developing a next-gen platform that connects artists, brands, and creators through AI-powered matchmaking and campaign automation. If you're passionate about who thrives in high-stakes environments and wants to push the boundaries of AI in advertising, this role is for you. We're hiring a Director of Partnerships to build a pipeline through relationships, events, and network, not cold outbound. This person will operate at the same level as our Sales Directors, reporting to the VP of Sales. They'll be the face of Influur in rooms where we don't yet have a presence, leveraging an existing network across the influencer, media, and agency spaces to generate a warm pipeline that converts. This is a solo seat to start, with Partnership Associates added as volume grows. The role is opportunistic on verticals, with expertise in Beauty, and is measured on partnership-sourced pipeline that becomes revenue.

Requirements

  • Existing networks in influencer, media, or agency space
  • Comfortable hosting events, webinars, and dinners
  • Charisma and presence
  • Loves travel and high-energy environments
  • Understands the influencer marketing space
  • Open to a pipeline quota and structured accountability
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • You should be able to name 20 people you'd call in week one.
  • If you see F1 weekends, music festivals, brand activations as work, this isn't the right role for you.
  • You don't need to run campaigns. You do need to understand why brands buy influencer marketing and what the value proposition sounds like.
  • Partnership people can be allergic to CRM and metrics. This role isn't. You'll be measured on pipeline generated.
  • The network advantage doubles with bilingual reach.

Responsibilities

  • Host quarterly vertical-specific webinars featuring existing Influur clients
  • Attend and network at industry events (F1, FIFA, creator economy moments)
  • Build agency and vendor partnerships that generate warm referrals
  • Run intimate dinners with prospect decision-makers and founders
  • Leverage Fefi's and Paula's founder network into structured pipeline
