About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a Beauty Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the South Coast Plaza store (3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626). Candidates can attend anytime during the event for an interview, with no advance scheduling required. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Qualified candidates will be moved forward to a second interview with the brand Account Executive. Nordstrom is currently hiring for several beauty roles, including HOURGLASS Counter Manager, Licensed Esthetician - Spa Nordstrom, Beauty Stylist, ILIA Counter Manager, Part-Time ILIA Beauty Advisor, and La Prairie Beauty Advisor. Requirements

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
