About The Position

The Beauty Flex Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, client relationship building, product applications, and customized recommendations. The role calls for enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry, competitive drive, and confidence in a fast-paced commission environment. This is an hourly position. Associates help customers find products, support store operations, maintain selling areas, and contribute to a positive team culture. They use training and feedback to build product knowledge and selling skills, and follow asset protection, safety, and security procedures. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
Comfort with and enjoyment of assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
Ability to maintain required professional licenses and certifications, including any applicable state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses.

Use suggestive selling techniques and recommend products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, build product knowledge and selling skills, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
Assist customers with makeup application and skincare services.
Maintain required professional licenses and certifications, including applicable state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses.
