About The Position

The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively engages clients, stays current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and helps maintain the presentation and availability of merchandise in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
