About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively approaches clients, stays informed about beauty products and trends, supports merchandise presentation and availability, and represents the company’s beauty business values and culture. The listed pay range is USD $13.50–$16.88 per hour. Benefits are offered if eligible.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available to clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
