About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant approaches clients to understand how to provide a rewarding experience, stays current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and supports merchandise presentation and availability in assigned areas.

Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
