About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant stays current on products, techniques, and beauty trends while supporting merchandise presentation and availability in assigned areas.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available to clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
