About The Position
The Beauty Advisor plays a central role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Cloré’s commitment to beauty, culture, and care. This contractual position, for a duration of 6 months ending approximately November 2026, combines expert customer service, product knowledge, and operational support, including store upkeep, merchandising, POS, and inventory participation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to meet store sales targets
Nice To Haves
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with beauty or hair care products a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile, offer help, and provide personalized support
- Ask questions and give beauty advice based on customer needs—everyone is welcome at Cloré!
- Learn and stay up to date on products, what they do, and how to combine them for personalized beauty care (training provided)
- Let customers know about promotions, new products, and how our rewards program works
- Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups
- Keep the store clean and organized, and ensure shelves are full, neat, and properly stocked
- Refill shelves and let the team know if items are missing, damaged, or low in stock
- Unpack new deliveries and help with inventory counts when needed
- Operate the cash register (POS) to process sales
- Handle returns or complaints politely and ask for help when needed
- Bring a positive attitude and help keep the team environment fun and professional
- Perform other duties as assigned
