About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll be the face of the store—welcoming clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll help clients in their confidence journeys. The role involves sharing product knowledge, keeping up with beauty trends, supporting sales goals, maintaining the store environment, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. This is a full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays, and punctual, consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including peak retail operations such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
