About The Position
The Beans & Brew Clerk is responsible for performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires exhibiting and developing customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The clerk must comply with all company policies, programs, and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct, provide professional examples for other store team members, and maintain a clean and organized department that promotes a great customer experience. Additionally, the role involves helping to maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
