About The Position

This role involves performing duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. The job requires exhibiting and developing customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The position also requires compliance with all company policies and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct, providing professional examples for other team members, maintaining a clean and organized department that promotes a great customer experience, and helping to maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
