About The Position

This is a part-time position that requires an individual to perform essential duties with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The role involves developing customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The position also requires compliance with all company policies and directives, providing professional examples for team members, maintaining a clean and organized department for a great customer experience, and helping to maintain adequate and appropriate department records.
