About The Position
A Bean & Bread Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests in taking their order accurately; provide information about menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Follow recipe guidelines to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment; ensure all supplies are organized and well stocked.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
