About The Position

The Bean & Bread Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and bakery items in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures product quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Golden Nugget’s service standards.

Requirements

Knowledgeable of coffee products and specialty food items
Record of accomplishment in delivering exceptional guest or client experience
Effective communication skills
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and long hours
Team Player with a guest first attitude
Minimum age is 18 years old

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide prompt service.
Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and upsell products when appropriate.
Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/credit payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Monitor product quality and freshness; follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow all health department regulations and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Resolve minor guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
