The Server's priorities and responsibilities are to exceed our guests' expectations by providing the highest level of consistent hospitality, professional, and courteous service. Prepare a wide variety of coffees/teas/smoothies for both to-go and seated guests. Provide exemplary service to all guests by applying knowledge of the food and beverage menus by engaging with guests at every opportunity. Properly execute all steps of food and beverage counter and table service. Maintain POS cash controls per company guidelines (cash, credit cards, discounts, complimentary items, etc….). Ensure all standards are exceeded within the operations, including guest welcome, orders, delivery of food and beverage, and clearing tables. Follow all daily and weekly cleaning assignments. Perform inventory counts as required or assigned by the supervisor. Respond positively to any guest's requests. Execute daily pre- and post-shift checklists in a timely manner. Prepare all menu items as designed by the menu, including presentation at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Monitor station and stock with appropriate inventory and supplies as needed. Manage and stock inventory of kitchen ingredients, food items, and supplies. Label food items and store them in the correct place according to plans. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and standards. Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen. Wash dishes / take trash out.
