Requirements

Ability to read, write and interpret documents such schedules, safety rules, GMP’s and general instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Complete basic math problems

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain all equipment for proper operation, to include dryer discharges, conveyor operations, chopper operations and elevated conveyor operations.
Maintain all areas around dryers and abort chutes clean and free of debris.
Maintain documentation of the cooker processing areas and drying areas.
Conduct and document test on product’s moistures every hour from each SCFW dryer.
Maintain and document Abort paperwork.
Conduct bucket elevator inspections and maintain needed documentation.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, tools, and utensils by compiling with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assist in relieving packaging personnel for breaks as needed.
Ability to operate and communicate over two-way radio.
Ensure reporting of all near misses to the shift supervisor.
Participate in daily and complete facility shutdown for clean-ups.
Promotes, adheres, and is responsible for Food Safety and Quality.
