About The Position

Join our incredible team at the Ka'anapali Ali'i as a Full-Time Beach & Pool Attendant and turn this dream into your everyday. CoralTree Residence Collection is known for managing premium and luxury residential resorts, vacation homes, and hotels — defined by people who lead with genuine purpose, pride, and a strong sense of place. Hourly Pay Rate: $25.02 (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment).

Requirements

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
• Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful

• Provides efficient and professional service at the beach and pool to homeowners and guests in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner.
• All duties and functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and guest satisfaction.
