About The Position

Paul Miller BMW is growing and is searching for high-performing Business Development Center Representatives to join their Service team. They are looking for individuals who want to work in an amazing, employee-centric environment with tremendous opportunities to grow their career with the very best in the business. The pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with overall earning potential up to $4,500 per month. Previous Dealership BDC Service experience is highly preferred. Candidates should be polished, professional, have a great attitude, and be customer-focused. They must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.
