About The Position

Johnson City Acura is looking for a high-energy Service BDC Representative who knows how to pick up the phone, connect with customers, and SET APPOINTMENTS. This role is for someone who is HUNGRY, loves chasing a goal, isn't afraid of the phone, follows up relentlessly, and gets excited about turning conversations into appointments. The primary function of this role is to create opportunities by setting service appointments, thereby increasing customer traffic in the service drive and contributing to dealership growth.

• Strong background in appointment setting, call centers, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume phone environment (preferred, but not strictly required if attitude, work ethic, and competitiveness are strong)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential service customers
• Answer inbound service inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up on declined services and missed appointments
• Work service campaigns, recalls, and customer retention lists
• Communicate through phone, text, and email
• Keep the service drive FULL
• Follow up, follow up, and FOLLOW UP
• Track your performance and compete to beat your goals
