About The Position

DCH Mission Valley Honda is seeking a BDC Administrator to join their service team. You will be apart of the communication hub for the dealerships service department. If you're highly organized, work well on a team and have great communication we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Service Appointments
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner
  • Assist with service department marketing
  • Schedule Due Bills
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
