About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and creating opportunities through follow-up and communication, we'd love to meet you. As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to generate and schedule appointments for our sales team while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow processes and stay consistent with follow-up.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, sales, call center, or dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contact internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
  • Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
  • Follow up consistently through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Re-engage older leads and inactive customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
  • Follow dealership communication processes and daily activity goals.
