At Graff Chevrolet, our Business Development Center (BDC) is where relationships start. You'll be the voice and face that turns curious shoppers into loyal customers, and you'll do it in a supportive, fast-moving environment with real room to grow.

Requirements

  • Communicates clearly and confidently, whether on the phone, via email, or in online chat
  • Stays organized and follows through
  • Picks up new software and tools quickly
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented environment where your work directly impacts the team's success
  • Handles a fast pace with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (but not required — we'll train the right person)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning CRM and dealership software

Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly and professionally to phone calls, internet leads, and online chats — making customers feel like a priority from the first contact
  • Setting appointments by building genuine rapport and communicating value
  • Following up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through our CRM
  • Making outbound calls to connect customers with new vehicle and service opportunities
  • Collaborating with the BDC Team Lead and Sales Managers to refine scripts, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies
  • Providing performance updates to dealership leadership and tracking appointments through to sale
