You'll be the voice and face that turns curious shoppers into loyal customers, and you'll do it in a supportive, fast-moving environment with real room to grow. What You'll Do You'll own the customer experience from the very first contact. That means: Responding quickly and professionally to phone calls, internet leads, and online chats — making customers feel like a priority from the first contact Setting appointments by building genuine rapport and communicating value Following up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through our CRM Making outbound calls to connect customers with new vehicle and service opportunities Collaborating with the BDC Team Lead and Sales Managers to refine scripts, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies Providing performance updates to dealership leadership and tracking appointments through to sale What We're Looking For You don't need a car sales background, you do need a people-first mindset and a drive to connect.
