About The Position

Capitol Chevrolet is one of the top-performing Chevy dealerships in Texas, and we’re growing fast. We generate high lead volume and need driven professionals who know how to convert opportunities into appointments and sales. We are looking for a high-energy BDC Sales Representative with prior automotive sales experience who knows how to communicate, follow up, and CLOSE. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, handles volume, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • REQUIRED: Prior automotive sales experience
  • Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • High sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to handle high lead volume (calls, texts, emails daily)
  • Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
  • Must be reliable and accountable

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects
  • Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email
  • Work closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold units
  • Log all activity accurately in the CRM
