About The Position

Home Run Auto Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Brodhead Chevrolet, a part of our growing automotive family.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule vehicle appointments for sales and service, ensuring optimal customer convenience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  • Assist in managing online leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide information on promotions, vehicle specifications, and financing options to customers.
