Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure a guest-first experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work closely with the sales team to drive showroom traffic
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
