Responsibilities

• Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
• Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per shift to prospects and existing customers.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities.
• Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team.
• Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.
