Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or automotive-related field preferred, but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and social media platforms to engage with customers.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership staff.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure no lead or opportunity is overlooked.
• Positive Attitude: Must have a positive, energetic attitude and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messages, nurturing and qualifying prospective customers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Set up test drives and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Customer Interaction: Provide product knowledge, answer customer inquiries, and offer solutions to their needs and preferences.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer leads are efficiently processed and followed up on.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system to track lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, professional, and exceed expectations.
