Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries by phone, text, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to help customers throughout their buying journey
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
