About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound internet and phone leads in a timely manner.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective customers.
  • Manage and maintain customer information and communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide customers with information about vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.
