As a BDC Representative at Safford Mazda Alexandria, you will be the digital face and voice of our dealership.   • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail customer service, or a call center environment is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and live website chat.
  • Initiate strategic outbound follow-ups to prospective and existing customers, turning warm digital leads into confirmed showroom appointments.
  • Maintain flawless data integrity by logging all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff when a customer arrives at the dealership.
  • Assist leadership in monitoring lead statuses, appointment show-rates, and key sales performance metrics.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience that enhances the reputation of Safford Mazda Alexandria and drives long-term repeat business.
