About The Position

Bill Harris Dealerships is looking for an energetic, motivated BDC / Customer Experience Representative to join their growing team. This role involves talking with customers daily, following up with interested individuals, setting appointments, and converting opportunities into showroom visits and sales. The position also utilizes AI-powered customer communication technology for lead management and follow-up. Performance-based incentives are available for successful appointments and sales.

Responsibilities

Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle
Build relationships and create a great first impression
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Confirm and follow up on appointments
Work leads through consistent, professional follow-up
Use our CRM and AI-assisted communication tools to manage customer opportunities
Track customer activity and maintain accurate records
Work closely with the sales team to make sure customers have a great experience
Help turn internet and phone leads into appointments, showroom visits, and sales
